Armada is a digital marketplace that connects riders with drivers in Jamaica. We provide a platform for ride bidding, matching, and related services such as food pickup, corporate bookings, and car rentals where available. Armada is not a transportation company. Drivers are independent contractors, and riders contract directly with drivers.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Armada. Drivers must hold a valid driver’s licence and meet all legal and insurance requirements.
Users must act lawfully and respectfully. Harassment, fraud, unsafe behavior, or manipulation of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.
Fares are agreed between rider and driver through the app’s bidding system. Payment can be made in cash or through card/PayPal where available. Armada may charge platform fees or subscription fees as disclosed in the app.
We are not liable for the actions, conduct, or performance of drivers or riders. All rides are at your own risk.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
